Macros for Humans is operated by Ouachita Labs LLC. The service is an SMS/MMS nutrition tracking assistant for enrolled participants.

Information collected

• Email address, phone number, enrollment information, and billing status.
• SMS/MMS message content, including meal descriptions, food labels, recipes, weight entries, nutrition questions, and images you choose to send.
• Timestamps, message metadata, consent source, and consent timestamp.
• Nutrition logs, goals, and generated summaries.
• Website analytics such as landing page, the page that led to signup, referring site, campaign tags, browser or device category, and approximate country.

How information is used

Information is used to provide nutrition tracking, answer follow-up questions, maintain your conversation history, secure enrollment, respond to support requests, measure which pages and campaigns lead to enrollment, and operate the service. We do not use participant phone numbers or message content for marketing.

Website analytics

Cloudflare provides aggregate, cookieless traffic analytics. When you arrive through a campaign or visit a page before signup, first-touch campaign and page attribution is stored in your browser for up to 90 days and is attached to your enrollment if you sign up. Advertising click identifiers are used only to infer the campaign platform and are not stored.

SMS consent

We only send SMS/MMS messages to participants who have opted in. Message frequency varies by user activity. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See the SMS consent workflow.

Third-party providers

To operate the service, message content and related data may be processed by Twilio for messaging, Cloudflare for hosting and storage, AI model providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google for response generation, and nutrition data providers such as USDA FoodData Central for food lookup. Information is not sold.

Retention and deletion

You can deactivate your account by web or text to stop access and billing immediately. Deactivation does not delete conversation history or nutrition logs. To request deletion, contact john@ouachitalabs.com.
